Finding details

Measurement policy and coverage

Each finding detail counts as one finding, not its quantity. The latest valid initial audit per machine/month is used. Reinspections update original Finding IDs, not create additional findings. Only latest matched Done Fix results count as fixed; all others remain open. IoT is excluded.

Factory, department and Line come from the initial audit, not the current machine master. Locations with a Line number use that Line; other areas use their department. Hierarchy charts retain peer comparisons and highlight selections; metrics, details and exports use the complete filter intersection.

Month is the initial-audit month; repair status reflects the latest synchronized reinspection. Archived months may retain score aggregates only; missing detail does not mean zero findings.
